Job Summary

Follow demand and capacity analysis, production control, and inventory control of main projects to meet the production, delivery demand, and cost, schedule requirements within the manager's direction.

Key Responsibilities

Production Control

• Review resource allocation weekly and production plan monthly and monitor daily output.
• Oversee material supply and ensure smooth production and avoid downtime.

Delivery Performance

• Review backlog and analyze root cause of past due orders; oversee abnormal production status.
• Prepare related material and initiate meeting to facilitate the department responsible for solving issues.
• Communicate with sales office or other TE entities in solving order change issues.

Inventory Control

• Checking and analyzing inventory of raw material, components, and finished goods based on MPS.
