Obtain immediate containment, root cause and corrective action(s) on defects discovered at incoming inspection / manufacturing floor. Work closely with Buyers and Vendors to close out defect cases Drive internal corrective action(s) with immediate disposition for defects deemed Axcelis responsibility. Drive continuous improvement throughout supply base to meet quality and corporate goals. Perform supplier assessments and audits as required by audit plans. Guide new vendors and enforcing Axcelis’ requirements to meet world class Quality standards Provide presentation materials for the following meetings: Board of Directors, Quality, Supplier and Manufacturing.
