Supplier Performance Management Engineer

Supplier Development Engineer is responsible for evaluating and developing key suppliers to ensure they meet Vertiv’s standards for on-time delivery, cost, and continuous improvement.

This role acts as a technical liaison between Vertiv Procurement and its suppliers, driving supplier performance improvement and enabling mutual business growth for Vertiv and the suppliers.

• Evaluate existing and new suppliers based on capability, capacity, cost, flexibility, quality, and operating system.
• Validate suppliers’ supply chains (including tier 2 constraint suppliers) and manufacturing capacity/capabilities to improve on-time delivery and delivery flexibility.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
