Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serve as command expert and senior staff officer for all programming and manpower requirements, and cost analysis for the Comptroller in support of the Commander, U.S.European Command (CDR, USEUCOM) and other senior leadership at the unified command Headquarters. Responsibilities Ensure that HQ USEUCOM programs are executed in accordance with Congressional, Joint Staff, DoD, DFAS and/or EUCOM guidance.
