The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Director of Strategic Basing and as the senior Air Force (AF) program analyst while providing Air Force engineering expertise on basing issues. Responsibilities Critical Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the strategic basing process. Applies expertise to supervise/manage development, interpretation, and implementation of policies and procedures regarding strategic basing issues. Critical Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and over sees work through subordinate supervisors. Advises staff regarding policies, procedures, and directives of higher-level management or headquarters. Represents SAF/IEI with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
