Summary About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the USAINSCOM Mission Support Command FOIA/IRR Fort Meade MD. Responsibilities Serves as the Chief, INSCOM FOI/PO, with the responsibility for participating fully with the GG-15 Director in the planning, organizing, controlling, directing, security and evaluating the activities of the office. Plans, develops, and executes INSCOM policies, positions, standards, and procedural guidance on the overall conduct of the FOIA and PA programs. Provides technical direction, counsel, and advice to all INSCOM field activities on FOIA and PA matters.
