Summary The primary purpose of this position is to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the Engineering Flight in the Civil Engineer Squadron. The Engineering Flight is responsible for providing project planning, program development, design, energy management, project management, contract execution, and technical support. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Engineering Flight.
