Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as the Chief of the Operations and Maintenance Division within USAG-Ansbach. Responsible for the planning, programming, coordinating, supervising, monitoring and executing of the buildings and grounds, and utilities functions for the installation. Responsibilities Designs and prepares drawings, specifications and cost estimates for service contracts. Coordinates designs with using agency and DPW elements. Plans work of subordinates to include establishing priorities and assigns work based on priorities and capabilities. Approves leave and schedules vacations to assure accomplishment of assigned workloads.
