The primary purpose of this position is to plan and direct the activities of a Branch level organization. To serve as a first-level supervisor, planning, directing, organizing and exercising leadership over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Enterprise Technology Branch. Responsibilities DUTY 1: Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time. Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short/long-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
