+ To drive, identify and capitalize new business opportunities for our Platinum Group Metals (PGMs).
+ To grow market share and achieve revenue growth within targeted industries in line with our Asset Backed Trading 5-year growth targets.
+ To collaborate across our global Precious Metal Trading Services Unit.

+ Global Strategy Execution:
+ Understand market trends, technological advancements, and competitive activities to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks, and feed insights into the broader Commercial and Trading organization.
+ Learn all components of the business for future growth.
