About the Role
Responsibilities
- Ensure production schedules are met.
- Housekeeping of the production floor.
- Establish and maintain raw material inventory.
- Prepare a machine log for each machine.
- Prepare maintenance checklist and schedule for the machine via the periodic maintenance schedule.
- Liaise with external contractors for machine repair works.
- Arrange for an ordered parts/material to be withdrawn through VEDA.
- Higher Nitec/Nitec in Mechanical/Precision Engineering.
- Good performance for 7 to 8 years (Supervisor) and 5 to 7 years (Assistant Supervisor).
- Must be technically competent.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Able to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Show initiative.
