Supervisor

Job Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the full operations of a commercial laundry facility operating 7 days a week. Lead a team of production workers, supervisors, drivers, and administrative staff. Ensure daily production targets are achieved under tight deadlines. Monitor machine utilization, preventive maintenance schedules, and breakdown troubleshooting. Handle manpower planning, recruitment, training, performance management, and disciplinary matters. Manage inventory of chemicals, detergents, linen, uniforms, and consumables. Liaise with hotels, healthcare institutions, industrial customers, and suppliers. Prepare operational reports, productivity analysis, costing, and budget forecasts. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and hygiene regulations.
