We are seeking an experienced **Security Command Center Supervisor** to lead our 24/7 monitoring and dispatch team. This position ensures that alarms, cameras, and calls are handled quickly, accurately, and professionally, and that all dispatch procedures are followed.

**Team Leadership**
+ Supervise SOC operators and dispatchers on shift
+ Manage scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback
+ Support a professional, team-focused work environment
