This hands-on role offers the opportunity to lead complex remedial projects, coordinate site operations, and ensure excellence in delivery across a diverse portfolio of works.
About the Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Working Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of remedial construction sites. You will take ownership of site activities, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality and environmental standards.
You will supervise works including:
- Concrete repairs
- Steel repairs and strengthening
- Carbon Fibre strengthening (FRP)
- Hydro-demolition and dry-spray
- Temporary works and access solutions
- Abrasive blasting and protective coatings
