Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of Plant Mechanics, aligning daily execution with annual operational goals while fostering a strong safety culture and positive labour relations.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment, engines, and compressors across the Dawn Hub and remote sites (Oil Springs East, Dow A, Tipperary, Chatham D, Corunna, Sombra).
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities in partnership with Planning, ensuring effective scheduling, resource utilisation and completion of preventative and priority work.
