Responsibilities

• Arrange shipment (Air & Ocean, Trucking; Import & Export, Clearance coordination). Include documentation (Booking / SI submission / BL)
• Billing
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Update daily / weekly reports
• Attend rejection calls / handle complaints from customers
• Quotation

Challenges

• Manage billing closing on time
• Manage daily operations timely to optimise processes and achieve daily KPI targets

Requirements

• Minimum SPM
• Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics is preferable
• Preferably basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and E-mail
• Preferably knowledge of logistics & MITI Form D processes
