POSITION’S PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Supervisor of SDET leads and mentors a team of Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs), responsible for the design, implementation, enhancement and maintenance of automated test frameworks, infrastructure, and best practices within the software delivery lifecycle. This role combines hands-on SDET work with team leadership, providing technical guidance, performance management, and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement in automated testing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
+ Team Leadership & Mentorship (30%): Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to a team of SDETs, fostering their professional growth and ensuring they adhere to best practices in test automation. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and address performance concerns.
