Job Responsibilities
Distribution & Channel Expansion: Expand business distribution across Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) networks, managing accounts such as Aeon, Ranch Market, Grand Lucky, Raja Susu, Natural Farm, and Fit Hub.
Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate trading terms and promotional agreements to secure strategic business partnerships and drive revenue growth.
Financial & Forecast Management: Manage internal and external account budgets while preparing accurate volume and value sales forecasts.
Key Account Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with major key accounts, proactively resolving client issues and generating new business pipelines.
