Supervisor AC

Job Summary

The AC Supervisor is responsible for supervising HVAC installation, maintenance and repair activities on site. The role involves managing technicians to ensure quality workmanship, coordinating with engineers and ensuring all HVAC work complies with project specifications, standards and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Execution

• Supervise day-to-day HVAC installation and maintenance activities.
• Oversee installation of AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, chilled water piping, exhaust systems and ventilation equipment.
• Allocate tasks to AC technicians and monitor their performance.
• Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings and method statements.

Coordination

• Coordinate with Mechanical Engineers, Main Contractors and other MEP disciplines.
• Participate in site coordination and technical meetings.
