Supervisor 2, Engineering (Mexicali)

Responsibilities

• He will support failure analysis of Reliability, STR and Qual related failures requested using the F/A tools or machines available in the laboratory.
• He will review all the pertinent details such as datalog or csv of failing parts versus Bin 1 reference, circuit/bonding diagrams/netlist before doing bench tests using curve tracer and network analyzer to be able to validate the failure mode highlighted.
• He needs to communicate to the Design team if ever there are some failure modes that need to be isolated.
• He will do all the necessary F/A process flow needed such as external visual, curve trace, RF bench, X‑ray, Thermal analysis, IR inspection, probe test and Emission microscopy.
• He needs to generate a comprehensive or detailed report correlating the failure mode highlighted to help assembly and test on the root‑cause analysis.
