Superintendent, Aggregate

We are looking for a hands‑on, experienced Superintendent, Aggregate to lead our southern Alberta pits and crushing operations with a focus on safety, production, and team leadership.

If you excel at running efficient aggregate operations, developing people, and keeping production on track, this role is for you.

As the Superintendent, Aggregate, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple pits and crushing sites. You’ll work closely with foremen, operators, suppliers, and customers to ensure safe, efficient, and high quality production.
