Summer Student - Construction Helper - Renfew

May 7, 2026 THE RENFREW COUNTY DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD requires the following SUMMER STUDENT - CONSTRUCTION HELPER TERM: immediately to August 28, 2026 (approximate) LOCATION: Based in Renfrew, ONSCHEDULE: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday DUTIES: Assist maintenance staff with variety of duties including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and general maintenance. POSITION SUMMARY: Working under the general supervision of the Facility Services Foreperson or Area Supervisor, candidates will assist personnel with duties at various Board locations. Applicants should be enthusiastic with a willingness to learn, able to follow both oral and written instructions and able to work well both individually and with others. Safety boots will be required and be the responsibility of the successful candidates.
