This role will work closely with the Outreach Worker role at ResoLUTiONs and Keystage Housing with a focus on Navigation for those who require intensive support regarding high dependency's and would support the pathway from Homeless Assessment & Rapid Rehousing Pathway (HARRP) into further Keystage Services, with an aim to support individuals to stabilise in their substance use and accommodation.
