Job Title: Subcontracts Coordinator Location: Chennai (Perungudi / OMR) Experience: 10 to 18 Years Industry: Oil & Gas / EPC Role Overview You will lead the end-to-end subcontracting lifecycle for major offshore and onshore energy projects. Your role focuses on ensuring that all subcontracted services are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with Lamprell’s HSES and quality standards . Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute subcontracting strategies for complex Oil & Gas/Renewables projects. Pre-Award Management: Oversee bidder pre-qualification, ITT (Invitation to Tender) preparation, and technical/commercial bid evaluations. Negotiation: Lead high-value contract negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms and ensure back-to-back risk alignment with prime contracts.
