- Coordinate and administer subcontract agreements in line with company policies.
- Review track and maintain subcontract documentation and compliance records.
- Liaise with contractors project teams and procurement to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and support in resolving contractual issues.
- Prepare regular reports on subcontract progress variations and claims.
