The Study Moderator supports in-person user research and data collection studies within our Hardware Engineering organization. This role ensures smooth session execution — preparing equipment, guiding participants, capturing data, and troubleshooting prototype hardware. The moderator also manages participant outreach and scheduling, applying creative solutions to maintain throughput and uphold participant experience standards.
