Overview
Leon’s is currently looking for a Creative Studio Operations Lead to join our Toronto in-house studio—someone who is uncomfortably comfortable at the intersection of heritage and innovation.
In this role, you are the Director of How. You’ll bridge the gap between ambitious creative vision and flawless execution, mastering high-volume workflows to keep our brand fast, fresh, and fearless. Reporting to the Creative and Brand Manager, you will be the primary architect of our processes—balancing the scales of budgets and briefs while championing the next frontier of AI-driven retail advertising.
