Summary of Job Duties
The Student Technology Center Technician assists students, using hardware/software. This position will work closely with students, staff, and faculty and requires good customer service. Assist with answering technical questions, troubleshoot issues, and manage equipment checked out to students, faculty, and staff. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is essential, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or formal education equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of operating personal computers and software functions
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
