Student Project Coordinator

What You Will Be Working On

We are seeking a student to join us for a 4‑, 8‑ or 12‑month co‑op position starting in September 2026. This role will have positions available out of Sudbury, ON.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate drawings and work‑specific scope/trades.
• Review trade quotes, verify material quantities, hours, and rates.
• Participate in project meetings.
• Conduct deficiency walks and update deficiency logs.
• Issue warranties.
• Take and coordinate progress photos.
• Update field drawings and produce as‑built drawings.

Field Coordination

• Perform quantity takeoffs.
• Coordinate sub‑trade work.
• Verify site conditions and coordinate with drawings.
• Supervise sub‑trade work.
• Set up and maintain record keeping.
• Layout site lines and grades using a total station.
