Student Ministries Pastor

Job Description

The Student Ministries Pastor is responsible for leading a vibrant, and healthy, ministry for students in grades 6–12. The ministry nurtures spiritual growth, personal development, and meaningful connection. This role combines pastoral care, leadership development, and creative programming while intentionally building bridges between the church and the wider community. The Student Ministries Pastor works collaboratively with the Lead Pastor, staff, volunteers, parents, and community partners to create safe, engaging environments where students feel known, valued, and invited into the life of the church. • Designs, runs and oversees an effective and engaging weekly experience for students separately in grades 6-8 and grades 9-12 • Develops discipleship pathways for students to begin exploring and growing in their faith • Develops healthy teams that are scalable for growth • Designs, creates, oversees and runs fun, engaging events, retreats, and act...
