Rostered working time- 8.30am to 6.00pm
- 10.00am to 7.30pm
- Assist students with general inquiries at the Student Services Hive Counter (scheduled roster).
- Manage course-related email and phone inquiries based on assigned course portfolio.
- Provide coverage for the Student Services Concierge Counter during exigencies.
- Establish multi communication channels and maintain strong relationships with student cohorts. Disseminate information to students via established multi communications channels
- Disseminate essential course information, including start dates, exams, and assessments.
- Provide course counselling to students transferring to new programs.
- Address general candidature, course pathways, and administrative queries.
