We are currently partnering with a growing investment platform that is looking to hire a Product Development and Structuring professional to join their team in Singapore. This role will focus on designing and launching private market fund solutions across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end‑to‑end fund launches for private market vehicles across APAC.
• Provide technical structuring input on fund vehicles across key jurisdictions (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia).
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including product design, documentation coordination, governance, and ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build scalable product and operational infrastructure.
• Contribute to regional growth initiatives such as onboarding new funds, evaluating new markets, and preparing product proposals.
