Job Overview

Laptop data cabling engineer needed in Harrogate on behalf of a national communications contractor. Vacancy: 1.

Start date: Monday 18th May. Shift: 1 Night Shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in data cable and device installation within retail or commercial environments (moves, adds, changes).
• Proficient in CAT5/6 data cabling.

Minimum Qualifications & Certifications

• Valid CSCS or ECS certificate – industry related accreditation preferred (e.g. datacoms, network infrastructure, cabling installer).
• Valid IPAF 3a & 3b certification.
• Valid UKATA asbestos awareness certificate (can be completed online prior to start).
• Have own hand tools, installation and termination tools, and drill(s). SDS / impact drivers are beneficial.
