About the Role

We are looking for a Structural Modeler for one of our clients with the following details:
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 14 months
Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualification and Experience required:
Diploma in Architectural, Civil & Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical fields.
2+ years in BIM modelling (C&S, Reinforcement, or Multidisciplinary projects).
Knowledge
UAE authority requirements and IATA/ICAO aviation standards.
Familiarity with QA/QC and project documentation standards.
Activities:
Modelling & Documentation
Create and update BIM models based on contract drawings and site information.
Ensure quality, integrity, and parameters of BIM models for quantification and 4D simulation.
Generate shop drawings, construction documentation, and fabrication deliverables.
Identify discrepancies and raise them to BIM coordinators or engineers.
