Structural Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Foreman with a solid background in steel structure erection work , capable of supervising site teams and ensuring smooth and safe project execution.

• Supervise and manage daily steel structure erection activities including columns, rafters, beams, bracings, platforms, handrails, and cladding.
• Allocate and manage manpower (fitters, fabricators, welders, helpers, riggers, etc.).
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and crane operators for work sequence and lifting activities.
• Ensure all erection work is carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and safety standards .
• Check alignment, leveling, bolt tightening/torquing, and ensure quality of installation.
• Prepare daily progress updates and report site issues promptly.
• Maintain site discipline and ensure workers follow HSE guidelines.
