About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret
structural drawings, specifications
(including
SS EN ,
BCA Codes ) and overall
project requirements . Coordinate structural design aspects with
Architectural, M&E, and C&S consultants
to prevent design clashes. Prepare or review
structural calculations, method statements, temporary works designs, rebar schedules , and
shop drawings . Ensure all structural works comply with
BCA, URA, PUB, LTA, NEA, and SCDF
regulatory requirements. Conduct
structural inspections , including
Rebar ,
Formwork ,
Concreting , and
Structural TOP inspections . Work closely with
Resident Engineers (RE)
and
Resident Technical Officers (RTO)
to ensure that site works comply with approved drawings and specifications. Perform
technical evaluations
and propose
engineering solutions
to address site constraints or unforeseen conditions. Monitor progress of structural works to ensure
quality ,
