About the Role
MAT Plastic Industries LLC is a leading manufacturer of premium plunge pools specializing in steel structures, GRP composite construction, acrylic viewing panels and complete pool systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design of steel plunge pools
- Design and verify lifting points for transportation and installation
- Calculate total pool weight, center of gravity (COG) and lifting loads
- Perform structural calculations for transportation, handling and installation conditions
- Analyze hydrostatic water pressure on steel structures and acrylic panels
- Design and verify acrylic window thickness and structural performance under water pressure
- Evaluate steel members for bending, deflection, stress and stability
- Prepare structural calculation reports and engineering documentation
- Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure practical and manufacturable designs
