SDC Builders are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Structural Design Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects within a supportive, hands-on construction environment.

• Confident in applying basic structural engineering principles
• Experienced in British construction methods, products, and standards
• Skilled in design using British Standards and Eurocodes for steel, concrete, masonry, and timber structures
• Competent in producing detailed designs using both hand calculations and modern software tools
• Proficient in Tekla Structural Designer and Tedds
• Able to communicate clearly through reports, sketches, and verbal discussions
• Comfortable attending site visits, meetings, and responding to site queries
