Description

The Strategy and Governance Manager serves as the strategic execution and governance in charge to the group, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and sustainable operating practices. The role is responsible for driving strategic planning, performance monitoring, stakeholder alignment, governance oversight, and executive visibility of key initiatives. Working closely with leaders, enterprise strategy partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, the role ensures that programs, capabilities, and transformation initiatives remain aligned with organizational priorities and deliver measurable business value.
