About the Role
Strategy & Operations Manager, Wholesale Role overview : Clutch is building the largest wholesale and remarketing operation in Canada. In under three years, our wholesale business has grown from roughly 200 vehicles a month to over 3,000 — across auction, dealer-direct, and export channels in Ontario, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia — and we’re scaling toward doubling again. We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to help decide where the next chapter of Wholesale growth comes from, and then go build it.
What you’ll do :
Own the numbers : build and run the reporting and analytics layer for Clutch's Wholesale business, and turn it into decisions, not just dashboards. You’ll define the metrics the executive team uses to judge the channel.
Optimize how vehicles move : design data-driven routing models across auctions, direct-sale, and export to maximize revenue per vehicle. At our volume, small percentage gains can be worth millions annually.
