About the Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Business Strategy & Planning
- Lead the annual and long-range strategic planning process aligned with the organization's vision and mission.
- Conduct macro-environmental analysis using PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces, SWOT/TOWS, and industry benchmarking.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, and business growth roadmaps.
- Facilitate strategy workshops with senior leadership and translate objectives into actionable plans.
- Monitor strategic initiative execution and present insights through dashboards and leadership reports.
B. Performance Management System (KPI & KRA)
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the organization-wide Performance Management System.
