Strategic Sourcing Manager (Varennes)

Position Summary

In the midst of a transformation, we are seeking a passionate, dynamic, collaborative and results‑oriented strategic sourcing professional to actively contribute to our vision, support our internal stakeholders, and strengthen partnerships with our suppliers. This position will report to the Director, Strategic Sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business priorities (quality, cost, lead times, compliance, ethics).
• Serve as a strategic business partner to business units and engage early in intake and annual planning cycle to understand needs, consolidate demand and build a category roadmap.
• Analyze spend, demand, and market conditions to help with the sourcing decisions and maximize enterprise value.
• Lead or support competitive sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ), design simple and fair evaluation models, and provide recommendations for stakeholders.
