Manage and optimize land strategies as a Land Manager focused on mining assets in Greater Montreal. Oversee permits, zoning, and strengthen community relations while maximizing reserves.
You will play a pivotal role in managing land and mining assets, working closely with legal and operational teams to drive growth through strategic site acquisitions. Your insights will guide community engagements and effective land disposition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee land management activities and lease agreements
• Represent the company at necessary hearings
• Ensure mining permits compliance and reclamation
• Negotiate land deals to enhance organizational value
• Develop budgets for capital land projects
