About the Role
Join a manufacturing unit in west Singapore as a Stores Assistant (Consumables)
Update inventory report (incoming and outgoing)
Conduct regular physical count
Generate Purchase order request
Ensure FIFO compliance
liaise with other department
Preparation of Penang Shipment (Weekly)
Top-up of stocks
Issuance of request
Receiving of incoming deliveries
Preparation of Penang Shipment
Stock Take - to be submitted before 15th of the month (Monthly)
Maintain good housekeeping (Clean, organize and maintain)
Other duties as directed from time to time
Job location: Joo Koon/Boon Lay (One-way transport provided from Boon Lay MRT station in the mornings)
Salary: Up to $2500/month (Overtime as needed)
Work week: Monday to Friday (weekends as needed), day and night shifts available
