What does the job look like?

We’re currently seeking experienced Pick Packers to join our high-performing team based in Derrimut, Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent day shift role (6am, 8am or 10am starts) within a highly automated, clean, well-organised, and supportive warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Demonstrating a strong commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times

Accurately picking and packing orders in line with customer requirements

Handling a variety of products, including heavy industrial and paint goods

Staging and preparing orders for dispatch

Loading and unloading cartons and stock where required

Supporting general warehouse activities, including replenishment and housekeeping

Monitoring and updating freight movements using SAP and online booking systems
