• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets; deploy floor strategies to maximise conversion and basket size.
• Lead, coach, and schedule retail associates; build a motivated, customer-first team culture aligned with Determinant's brand standards.
• Deliver a consistently premium in-store experience befitting the Takashimaya retail environment.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product display standards in line with brand guidelines and Takashimaya's tenancy requirements.
• Manage stock integrity — overseeing receiving, replenishment, cycle counts, and shrinkage control.
