Store Supervisor

Position Overview

The Store Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision, physical control, and management of store operations and stock required for daily plant operations and collection routes.

This includes overseeing stock receiving, maintaining accurate stock counts, managing RUCs, wheelie bins, and consumables, and ensuring that stock is correctly prepared and staged for collection and loading according to route and operational requirements.

The Store Supervisor is responsible for maintaining stock discipline on site , supervising store personnel, and ensuring all store processes are executed correctly.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a store, warehouse, or logistics environment
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within stores, warehouse, or operations
• Experience in stock control, inventory management, and stock counting procedures
