What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee daily branch/store operations

• Drive sales performance and help the team achieve targets

• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the merchandising team

• Maintain store safety, security, and operational compliance

• Train, coach, and motivate team members for better performance
