The Store Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of a UFA Farm and Ranch Supply store while also contributing to broader regional initiatives. In addition to site‑level leadership, Store Manager 3 will play a key role in advancing strategic regional initiatives and influencing best practices across their peer group to support UFA’s overall business success.
