Store Keeper

Role Purpose

Handling the site materials store activities by properly storing all tools and goods, maintaining perpetual inventory records and up-to-date records via bin cards.

Key Accountabilities

• Preparing requests for materials in Oracle system as per the site requirements after obtaining approval from project manager.
• Coordinating for LPO with the procurement department and with the supplier for delivery.
• Receiving the material from supplier as per the LPO and verifying delivery note for the quantity and quality.
• Arranging material inspection for the site approval material as requested by QA/QC department.
• Stacking the material as per ASGC regulations in the allocated storage area.
• Preparing GRN once receiving material from supplier.
• Obtaining GRN approval from construction manager and submitting the documents to accounts department for supplier payment.
